Advantages: Free. And is always good to learn.

Disadvantages: Need to pay if you want further education.

If we cosider that mother tongue is the language that you learn because of your mother i can say that it is Spanish.

So when i found this site i was happy thinking that i discovered a site where for free my husband was going to be able to learn spanish without me having to teach him all day long, so, we give it a try.

The site is separated is focus in grammar tutorial so don't expect to learn about pronunciation hearing examples, what they do is explain the sound of each letter, for example they explain that the sound of the "a" would be like the "a" in the word "father" and they provide some exercises to keep it in mind.

It's separated in units that includes all the grammar essentials in any language from nouns up to superlatives, verbs and adverbs, adjectives, different tenses... but let's not waiste time in the huge list that they've got because for instance although they explain that the spanish language separetes their noun in gender they make their point and you can feel that there's something missing.

Don't get me wrongthey even have exercises to practise the new lessons, but there's still something else... where is the catch? You can register an enjoy the site for free, but as to learn in properly you have the option of becoming a premium member, so you'll have to pay.

Is a good site. And in my situation i think that is quite useful so if you have a basic knowledge of spanish, this site would be useful for you too.
