Tarla Dalal is India's number one cookery author and with her popularity she is bound to have a website. The website was set up by her son Sanjay Dalal and its like an online datebase of thousands of Tarla Dalal's recipes she has created over 45 years. Its an excellent source to get so many Indian recipes and some with a certain twist. All the recipes and techniques are explained so well you can't possible go wrong, but sometimes there is that odd ingredient that even some local Indian shops don't have, but have managed to find them online, so there is really no worries there either.
