The dooyoo Redesign

For those of you who are wondering how I am writing this review; it is because I visited the site regularly a long time ago when the old design was present. I didn't have enough time on my hands to join the site, but checked back on it every now and then. After finally creating an account towards the end of January 2007, I was more than pleased to be signing up as it had changed so much! It just looks so much better and I love it compared to the old design. The old design had the same colour schemes but wasn't nice-looking or as clear. Well my amnesia's kicked in once again, I seem to have forgotten the sites actually been re-designed...then I remembered using this site at my former uni and remember I prefered certain things back then. The site's changed for both the better and the worse, the good and the bad are what we have to put up with I guess, though it's not the design I have the biggest actual problem with (I'll get onto that much later). I do like the new "My reviews" section, looks much tidier and easier to read, so thank you dooyoo for this, it was needed and is the best part of the site design I seemed to miss. I guess over the past couple of months Dooyoo has seen a couple of design changes, one to the way the site looks especially the review writing page and now the new review list and secondly there has been a change to the reward system. Personally although I like the new reward system it is rather too early to comment on it, (although plenty of people already have, myself included in comments) and to be honest any comments are rather naive in that they are much too early for people to fully assess the impact on the site especially in the long term.
