Ever since I was given the Good Web Guide to Food and logged on to their site for my updates, I've been hooked. The witty and perceptive reviews are spot on and seem aimed perfectly at my tastes. I upgraded my subscription to include all channels because there is plenty going on here - the competitions are great (I was the lucky winner of a case of champagne) and the articles very helpful.

The Gardening and Genealogy channels are particularly informative, and as a parent I often refer to the 'Parents Helpline' for information on children's health and educational issues. A few more articles on the travel channel would be nice, but the reviews are excellent. Well worth the nominal fees to subscribe.

The Search facility is a very quick way of finding articles that are buried away. If you're not ready to take a plunge with the subscription, there are plenty of 'tasters' that you can access even without registration. You get a free subscription when y ou buy their books, and this works out at a very good value package.
