Advantages: good price but the phone has yet to show up!

Disadvantages: no contact phone number no email confirmation

i am on contract with 02 however i chose to own my own handset and for this arrangement 02 give me a good deal. My phone broke and has had to be sent for repair so instead of bothering with a loan phone i decieded to buy a new nokia 6600 fold then i would always have a spare phone.I thought it would arrive within two days just as most goods ordered on line do.I have been waiting now for three days and no sign of my phone. There isnt a contact number on the order form only fax or email. i sent an email but it was returned undelivered. I contacted carphone warehouse and they gave me a telephone number but it was unrecognised when I tried to ring it. I am becoming very suspicious about this company.I contacted my credit company and they dont have a phone number for them. I would not deal with this company again or recommend them.

Summary: a very poorly organised suspious company.
