The Site deals with all the above issues and just about everything a teenager or young adult needs help with, some refer to it as a bible for those growing up and I think that's very true.

Its packed with articles written by experts on just about every subject under the sun, it has a help line where you can email about anything that's on your mind, it can give you advice when you, a friend or a family member has a problem.

It has real life stories (I write a blog on there called Me and M.E), a message board, health advice and everything in between. I was lucky enough to meet the man who set it up last year, I didn't discuss it with him but he must be very proud to of been involved in such a worthwhile site.

Its a real shame more young people don't know about it, it should be advertised in all schools and colleges.
