There I am, merrily sewing along on my Touch and Sew when I hear a grinding noise, followed by a sharp CLONK! OH NO! I have broken my baby! WAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! This is a double calamity given the dearth of sewing machine shops on the modern high street, and even fewer with Singer qualified technicians. Not to mention, when I do manage to find one, and pop in, the man inside keeps trying to sell me a new plastic wonder as mine is "obsolete". Obsolete my arse! It does everything I need it to do, and want it to do. Just because it is old, doesn't mean the new stuff is better...but.....oh.......its deadified...... :( Not to fear, for Terry is here. Or ...
