Advantages: err.....

Disadvantages: slow, bad paying, time consuming and boring

Toluna is a site in which you get rewarded with points, for doing surveys, and for taking part in polls, as well as giving your opinion on things.

So what is there to like?
With the points that you get on toluna, you can buy different rewards, mostly being vouchers. For a £10 voucher, it costs 60000 points! In my opinion, way too high :(.
There are also vouchers for less but these are only like 10% off vouchers rather than actually free things, so you still have to pay money.
There is also a "test area" in which you get a free "sample" from a company, and you get to keep it.

However, the reason this only gets 1 star is because:
Well firstly, 600000 for £10 is the SLOWEST way to get money online. Each poll only gives you 5 points! That's a lot of polls...
Secondly, I have yet to actually receive the voucher that i sent off for, and it has been over a month and a half! For some reason they send amazon vouchers by mail rather than by email, and they must send it 5th class or something...
My serious advice now. As i am half way to getting a voucher, i will just hold on to toluna until my voucher arrives. If i manage to get over 3/4 of the way to another voucher, i will hang on to another voucher, and quit once i get my second voucher. I seriously do not recommend this site, if you want to make money online, dooyoo is way better, and way more useful!
