Topcashback are the only cashback website I am a member of and I have always found them to be excellent, for a number of reasons.

They are the first of the 100% cashback sites, so they pay you all of the cashback (referral reward) they get from the retailer. Other cashback sites take a percentage or a yearly fee from your earnings. You can also earn up to 110% cashback. This is explained in depth on the website, but essentially if you earn a lot of cashback in one month, then all of your earning in the following month will have between 1% and 10% added to them, depending on the amount you earned the month before.

Sometimes different cashback sites offer different cashback percentages for the same retailer. However, Topcashback have a guarantee that they will match the cashback if another site is offering a higher percentage. So you don't actually have to be a member of any other sites, but if you can be bothered to check around and find a higher amount elsewhere Topcashback will match it.

The main way for most people of earning cashback is for online purchases (typically at a precentage of the amount you spend). However, there are a large number of no purchase offers where you can earn money for signing up to websites or free trials. If you are going to do this then make sure you cancel free trials before you start being charged for them, if you don't want to continue, and beware of spam email from some sites. There are also recurring earners, such as price comparison websites that pay 1-4p per comparison.

I have found tracking of cashback to be generally good and Topcashback will chase up any amount over £1 with the retailer if it doesn't track. Communication is good and in the couple of years I have been using it I have only failed to receive substantial cashback once (as well as a few smaller amounts).

Payment can be made by direct bank transfer with no minimum amount, although there is a minimum interval between payouts of, I think, 14 days. I have always received this with no problems. You can also be paid via cheque (with a minimum payout) or via paypal.
