I had a very bad experince at Travelex , Royal National , London . The guy at the till Mr.Iffi was pocketing a £3 pounds commision without informing anyone from my group for himself, did not give any receipt , and gave the wrong change back on currency that we converted ..

During our entire stay he short changed everyone , alas we only realised all this later . Lucky guy must be making big £££ since no one else was in that booth . Very very dissapointment and have taken up this matter with the met police and lodged a complain with the branch manager also . As i expected still awaiting feedback , and judging by the type of people who could employe and leave a man like mr.iffi solely in charge of robbing their clients i dont expect any feedback either !

Summary: urghh !!
