I only gave one star because it isn't possible to give zero. I should have never bought a flight ticket (or anything else for that matter) from travelnow.com and will certainly not do so in future. Bad points: 1. Credit card details stolen after a purchase from them (or they tried to charge me twice). 2. Contact phone number (the only one on the page) is simply not their own, it is some kind of hotel booking company. It's like they don't exist after they have your money. Beware of so called low prices on flight tickets with TravelNow.com. I have just booked round trip 4 tickets from CPH to NYC with the airline Continental. The price at TravelNow.com was about 25% HIGHER than the price for the same tickets found at Continental.com - same flight numbers, class and all. A $600+ difference on the four tickets - waste of money. TravelNow refused to do anything about this despite my documentation - they explained that price quotes go up and down from day to day. I the checked the prices again 3 days later - same difference as when I booked. I find the internet by far the cheapest and quickest method of finding and booking accommodation online, and while I’ve been doing it for a fair few years now, I am yet to find a site so wonderful, cheap and easy to navigate that I feel obliged to return with all my travel requirements in the future. Instead, you can usually find me flicking through a few hotel directories, finding a hotel that looks nice and then putting its name into a search engine to find all the sites offering it. I have used travelnow.com to book a hotel in Granada, Spain. The website is very easy to navigate, you can search for hotels all over the world, of whatever standard you want. When you are looking for hotels in a specific place, it will search for which hotels have vacancies on the dates you want to stay, which saves lots of time phoning/emailing to find availability. I got confirmation of my booking within 3 hours of my reservation, and have been very impressed with their service so far.
