Appalling service from travelnow.com (travelnow.com)

Advantages: none

Disadvantages: fraud, total lack of customer services, misleading info on the page

I only gave one star because it isn't possible to give zero.
I should have never bought a flight ticket (or anything else for that matter) from travelnow.com and will certainly not do so in future.

Bad points:
1. Credit card details stolen after a purchase from them (or they tried to charge me twice).
2. Contact phone number (the only one on the page) is simply not their own, it is some kind of hotel booking company. It's like they don't exist after they have your money. By the way, another company charged my credit card for the ticket they sold. I took me about 1.5 hours to find out which company actually have my booking.
3. Sent them emails, submitted online forms, they never bothered to answer.
4. Fare conditions unavailable at booking.

Good points: none

They ripped me off, but you can avoid it, just stay well away from travelnow.com.

Summary: Avoid travelnow.com by all means
