We booked flight, transfer and hotel through Travel Republic with confidence as we had travelled with them before. No hitches. All documentation was sent by email and we could access our booking on-line at anytime.

Travel Republic were let down a bit by the transfer company at Izmir airport in Turkey. It was somewhat shambolic. First of all they were acting on behalf of a number of companies so the sign we were expecting a rep to be holding was not visible. Having sorted that out we were taken to the bus pick up point and put on a bus. After sitting there for half an hour or so we were moved to another bus which eventually got us to Kusadasi. On the return journey, not long after setting out, we stopped at a service station for 15 minutes caused, we later found, because someone had been left behind and had to be brought to the coach. So it took us about 2 hours each way when it should have been a lot quicker. However, on the outward journey I noticed that the Thomas Cook coach only left a few minutes before us so I guess the airport was just a bit chaotic.
