Got a fantastic deal booking our flights and hotel. Only disadvantage was when we were due to get our ticket email it did not arrive, I contacted them and they said it was sent a week before, even checking my spam it wasn't there. They recitified it by resending. However when I recieved this I had to call again as it was not clear that tickets were not being sent. Upon my second call I discovered that it had now changed and I just had to produce the itinery that the lady had to resend to me (as didn't all come through on second email) to the check in at airport. It should be made more clear to clients what the procedure was as was a little stressful. The other negative was it stated on our info that we had to reconfirm our return flights when we were in resort, the hotel had told us the flight was the same time but didn't know how to 'reconfirm' our flights so I rang on my mobile. I was held in a que for a long time (using my credit) and when I got through the lady just checked time and said yes all the same flight times. Realistically I could have just done the first check with hotel which would have saved my phone call so this could be made clearer on the paperwork too.
