Advantages: Ability to compare multiple hotels.
Disadvantages: Miss information on accommodation meant extra expenses booking an extra room on arrival!
The hotel was lovely however when I booked I was assured that there would be three seperate beds as we were booking for three friends travelling together, when we arrived it was two double beds.
When we complained to the hotel manager we were told that this happens all the time and they only have rooms with double beds and guest have previously been told the same as us when booking through an agent.
I am very dissapointed that I was sold the room with incorrect information and that we had to book and pay for another room, luckily for us the manager was very kind and managed to secure us the second room as the hotel was very busy due to the festival in Benicassim.
I think you should ensure that ALL your agents are aware of the accomodation set up in all the hotels you have on your sytem to ensure that others don't end up in the same situation we did and end up unexpectedly having to pay for a second room.
For this reason I am not sure I would be confident enough to use your services again as I would not want to be stuck in a situation like this again as it caused much upset and distress and could of totally spoilt our holiday if the hotel did not have a free room.
