Everything dovetailed, flights, transfers and hotel, and we would use them again to make booking much simpler than it would otherwise be. Nothing went wrong so can't comment on their help line - raising an online question requires 3 business days for a reply, or call the UK during working hours. For us all worked well and gave the ease of an old fashioned package holiday without any of the annoying bits. It would help if there was a little more explanation of how transfers work, this may be down to the company arranging the transfers (Transfers4U) - for example there was no specific time given for the return pickup, and no phone number for the taxi company to confirm. However having made an educated guess based on the inward journey on when to start panicking, the pickup was right on time & the journey went like clockwork with no worry at all.
