We took advantage of a seat sale at Aer Lingus and then set about booking a hotel. We went to Travel Republic on the recommendation of a friend, and we were not disappointed. Ala handled our booking and was a fund of knowledge and excellent advice. Travel Republic booked the hotel and our taxi transfer. Everything was completely seamless and the service we received from the company was second to none. We will definitely be going to Travel Republic first for our future travel and holiday bookings.

We were booked at the La Siesta Hotel in Las Americas, Tenerife and on the advice of Ala we upgraded to the Alexandre Room which had a pool view and also entitled us to daily use of facilities in the hotel spa. She also advised us to book our taxi transfer with Travel Republic, so making the booking into a package, rather a one-off hotel reservation. The Taxi transfer was exactly the same price as using the public taxis in the resort and it cut out the hassle of looking for one. The fdriver was awaiting us at the airport and he was already there when we arrived ten mintues before our return pick-up time at the hotel.

Another nice touch was the fact that Ala gave us her extension number and told us not to hesitate to contact her in the event of us having any problems.
