I booked via Travel Republic as I love the layout of the website, the way it suggests alternative dates/length of stay and the customer reviews include whether the hotels are close to the beach & bars/restaurants, which is crucial when choosing where to book. It could be improved by showing exactly which airline the flight would be with at all times, as I wasn't happy being put on a Thomas Cook plane where all customers had pre-booked seats and me and my fiance didn't get to sit next to each other either way. Also please give the name of transfer or hire car companies as both times I've booked these through TR it has been very confusing, lengthly and the most basic service. Finally the hotel I stayed in did not get informed we amended our booking to stay and extra night and were willing to give us the extra hours we used the room for free. We have paid for the night and sincerely hope they receive the money for it as they were only charging £10 a night as it was!
