I have used your site several times over the years, always had a good deal, hotel, and rooms all satisfactory, this hotel is nothing short of a dump. My room overlooked a disused grassy area, full of old rubbish, looked like a rubbish dump. Asked to be moved, but told no rooms available. To be honest I couldnt see a room i fancied, the pool view ones had palm trees on them. You need to remove this hotel I think, all I heard was complaints all week from other families, and they were all going to complain, not just to your site but other companies also.

On a positive note, we didnt pay a lot for the room, but did expect better from a 4 star hotel. It hasnt put me off using your site, I think you do offer more choice and always good value. Just listen to what your customers are saying.
