Advantages: Really speedy service, especially when trying to get in touch by phone. First class handling score
Disadvantages: Lots of paper to print off
Had read several reviews before booking our holiday with TravelRepublic, most were positive - our experience was very positive too.
We booked parking at Gatwick, flights, car hire and hotel - and having booked had to make several alterations to the bookings - we were really impressed with how quickly the phone call was handled and how efficiently the queries and alterations were handled by staff (to car hire terminal, speedy boarding/extra leg room on flights etc), and the speed the paperwork was pushed through.
I had read that previous customers didn't like the individual e-mails for each part of the holiday (ie one for the flight, one for the car hire, accomm etc) and you do have to delve into each e-mail to make sure you print off specific vouchers for care hire and accommodation - though I didn't find this too taxing.
All in all, well impressed and would use TravelRepublic again.
Summary: Good service.
