Disadvantages: No customer service
Booked a holiday to Benidorm including flight, hotel, transfer and parking.
My preferred flight was not available so agreed revised flight including extra payment of £50.
Kept receiving emails advising that I hadn't paid, yet they had taken the money out of my account.
Received a final demand advising that unless i paid by midday that they would cancel my booking, so rang them to find out that they had not transferred the money from my preferred flight. After 10 mins in the phone managed to sort out.
Waited for the updated emails to confirm revised booking but they did not arrive.
Rang them again to find out that that had updated my flight but had not booked my hotel, updated my hotel transfer or updated my airport parking. After another 10 minute phone call managed to sort it out, but then they took an additional £60 out of my bank not £50 as advised previously.
Flight and hotel were ok.
Hotel transfer was advertised as 1 hour, it took 2.5 hours on arrival & 1.5 hours on return.
Car parking close to the terminal that they booked for me was not available on arrival and then had to park much much further away and had to catch a bus.
Not very good service and too many issues!!
Won't use them again.
Summary: Too many issues and I did not get what I paid for.
