Twitter is pointless. It's offers no real purpose but for celebrity's to try and overly advertise their new perfume or to have a look at what your friends are doing. But, for some unknown reason I am addicted to it. Twitter allows you to write 'tweets' that are 140 characters or shorter. It's aim is to tell others what you are up to and to share photos, videos or websites. It's quick, easy and free, while allowing you to see what your favourite celebrity is up to or your family and friends. You have the option to have a private account, which means only people that you accept can read your tweets, but most people have it so everyone can see. All ... Read the complete review

Twitter is a social networking website that, in a nutshell, does a lot less than Facebook. It asks users to summarise what they want to say in 140 characters ("tweets"), which is usually a sentence of two. This is then posted for your "followers" (people who have subscribed to read your messages) to read and respond if they feel it is necessary. A lot of my friends who sign up to Twitter begin by not really seeing the point. They've been forced to register because someone else has told them how awesome it is and how their life will be changed by the website. Like me, they then soon to enjoy the feeling of people listening and responding to ... Read the complete review

I'm sure I don't need to explain what twitter is, but just in case it's a social networking site in which you can post tweets of 140 characters or less. These tweets are a bit like a facebook status. You can follow other people's tweets and they can follow yours and almost every celebrity is on twitter updating you with their lives. I first joined around 2 years ago, but really didn't care much for it. I use facebook a lot and didn't see the point of twitter. I have since got back into it, but I rarely tweet anything unless it is a reply to somebody else. I don't see why the public would care about my life in 140 characters! I use it mostly to follow ... Hi guys, I have been on here a while but have only just begun writing reviews so hopefully you'll be nice! Haha :) Anyway now onto the topic in hand: I have got a Twitter account (I put it off a long time but finally gave in due to curiosity and a little sheep following, I am ashamed to say) and have made about twenty or so Tweets myself. Tweets of course are the status updates you make to your followers on this simple but ever so popular social networking site. Admittedly I'm following far more than those following me - about fifty people who comprise of famous people and a handful of ordinary guys and girls or acquaintances. I'm not celebrity ... Twitter allows you to 'tweet' about yourself and what your doing. It allows you to speak and connect with friends, family, and even complete strangers! Millions of people use twitter and the site allows you to share your views and opinions with others. Twitter is extremely easy to use, all you have to do is signup and then log in and share what you are doing with the world! You may not believe it but there are people out there that want to read about what your doing at that specific moment in time! Celebrities also join twitter to let their fans know about what they're doing and where they're going. If you do have a certain intrest in a celeb, it is ... Read the complete review
