Advantages: Similar to Dooyoo

Disadvantages: you can't use "special characters" eg- !, in your review titles, so you're titles lack emphasis etc.

I want to start off with a question:
What I really want to know is - Has anyone actually received their requested payment from CIAO?

[I HAVE been paid since writing this review, and although it was a long time in coming, it was all paid].

I asked for my hard-earned money in November last year, and have receiven NOTHING.
On the site you are suposed to see a message change in your account details when the cash tranfer is complete. My bank account is no fatter, and my account remains the same in CIAO. It still says "payment requested,XXXX, transferred on XXXXXX", or similar. I emailed them last year and was told that i would have my payment by Xmas.
What rubbish. I want my dough!!

[piece of advice for new members of Ciao is to look for SOCIETE GENERALE on their bank statements, that's ciao. And allow a while for the cash to appear].

Okay, I'll throw in my opinion on the site too, but their lack of forthcomingness with the cash has put me off somewhat.
I do think that it is easier and more enjoyable to write for ciao since the site was upgraded. I think it is a really useful tool to be able to comment on others reviews and get feedback on your own. Problem there is that 99% of the opinions that I read in ciao are so short and boring that i don't feel like I have anything to comment on. There isn't enough info there. Only the staff writers have written a comment on any of my opinions there! pathetic really.
anyway. The system is almost the same as Dooyoo now. The extra prizes they have organised, I don't know how they are going,as I never heard back about the results.
The site is still slightly faster than Dooyoo, and the homepage allows you to check-in, unlike Dooyoo now. What's that about??
