I have been a customer of Uk2 for a little over a year now and I have to say that I am not a big fan of their customer service department. Once I called and had to wait for several minutes and that was just way too long I did not have time to wait so I hung up and called back later and guess what? I got right through. Go figure. But other than that, I don't have any problmes with Uk2. I don't have any trouble with my website going down. I have never had anyone complain about not being able to get to my website at all since I have been with them and I know that it if had gone down someone would tell me because when I was with the last hosting company it went down a lot and I would get an email everytime it happened. So I will stay with Uk2. As long as I don't have to call their customer servie department I am happy with them.
