Usborne.co.uk has a bright and colourful homepage with easy to follow drop down menu's and quicklink images to take you directly to some of the most popular pages, such as, current bestsellers and new titles. I like this website as it is suitable for children, parents and teachers. For children there are competitions, colouring pages and a freebie lucky dip - where they can win badges or bookmarks. They can even send e-cards. For parents and teachers there is the online catalogue - with detailed information about each book and key stage/age ability guides (and the website does have a separate page for explaini... more |

There is a good page all about The Usbourne Company itself and there is also a useful search whereby you can search for a book by title, series, author, illustrator, ISBN or keyword! A lovely ... This site is all about childrens books and they have so many good ones. it gives you pages of the books to have a look at and has a brilliant search engine. you can also meet children authors on-line and ask questions to them. you can buy the books on-line and are delivered in good time. some of my favourite usborne books include the farmyard tales, potty time, and understanding you pre-school child, also first 100 words but there are so many more to chose from and they are currently having a sale. The site also has a section on becoming a usborne book organiser working from home, which is very good. ... Read the complete review
