Advantages: Redeem for vouchers, frequent survey invitations
Disadvantages: Not qualifying for most surveys
Valued Opinions is a paid survey site, no different to the vast amount of paid survey sites out there. However, Valued OPinions in my experience is a rather mixed bag.
Firstly, looking to the better side of Valued Opinions I will say their survey do come rather frequently. I usually get at least four surveys a week, as with a lot of paid survey sites you can have periods of time where they will send you none and other times on a good day they will send you two surveys in one day, it all depends.
The rewards are rather fair, in my experience the survey rewards are usually 50p, £1 or £1.50 which obviously varies on length and amount of effort you need to put into it. They do credit your account fairly quickly sometimes within a week and you can keep a eye on your earnings in the members area.
Redemption is at £10 which you can claim vouchers on for a range of companies like Amazon, unfortunately I do not know how long it takes for you to recieve your vouchers as I have sadly never reached the £10 threshold.
On the down side of Valued Opinions is there are so many and I stress the word "many" surveys that you will never qualify for, they will make you answer about half the survey sometimes, then tell you that you do not qualify. I have been a member for about six months and have only earned about £3.75 due to the constant "do not qualify" message appearing.
Of course it will be different for everyone, you may be lucky and get a good service and earn a lot but in my experience you will not get rich quick : - )
Summary: Overall they are worth a try but dont expect to get rich any time soon : - )

- 01/04/09 I think it's best to wait until you have received a payment (or they dont pay out!) to review a survey site as the most importanty thing people want to know is if they are reputable and really pay.
I make a lot on VO....have made £25 since xmas, i suppose it just depends who they look for. Amazon vouchers are usually instant and other ones take a couple weeks in the post. |

- 31/03/09 I earn about £10 a year from this site - but to be honest, I don't bother with all of the surveys because, like you, I keep getting screened out! |
