I have been collecting Beenz for a while and have previously used Xmas.com to redeem my Beenz. I decided that I could get better value from vouchersmart.com (3500 Beenz for £10 voucher). I emailed the order form to the on Tuesday night at about 11pm and received the vouchers by second post on Thursday. This is excellent service as they wouldn't actually get my request until Wednesday morning. Not only was the service excellent but they are also cheaper (in Beenz) for a £10 High Street voucher than any other site I could find. Wow! I got enough beenz together to send for a £10.00 voucher. It came slowly, mainly due to the fact that I couldn't be bothered to search, but relied on the 25 beenz a day from beenz.com and a few other daily and weekly beenz. I ordered them on Saturday, the email said that it would be processed on the Monday, and that I could track it's progress by clicking on a link. Vouchersmart previously known as Jackzbeanz is a beenz redemption site, and in my opinion one of the best. What makes it good is the way it is run, I have enquired a few times about various gift vouchers and certificates and received replies almost immediately. If you order a gift voucher or gift certificate you will also get emailed to let you know how the order is progressing. This is what customer service should be like. Having spent a long time looking for a site where exchanging my beenz meant i got something useful for my hard earned web currency, vouchersmart (formerly jackzbeenz) was a delight. an easy to use site that offers good exhange rates for vouchers, especially amazon.co.uk (hard to find in a world filled with amazon.com offers, which cost me way too much in delivery) means that i will be returning again and again, and recommending it highly.
