I ordered three pairs of sunglasses in June 2010. Straight away (and you'll see a trend in all the reviews), they sent me an email saying that they're out of stock and the glasses are being shipped from Italy. When I contacted them about 3 weeks later, they said the order was cancelled due to suspected fraud. Key point - it was a direct debit payment so they had my money AND the "sunglasses". From there on I had absolutely NO response from them. Phoning the company number, it's answered by a machine and if selecting an option, you get cut off. Same story, ordered raybans, took money immediately. No raybans turned up. Several emails, vague response and no refund. Finally got my money back via the VISA chargeback process. They should be locked up for theft...

Same old story..... Ordered in July and money taken from my card immediately. Nothing arrived in the advertised two days so chased and was subsequently informed they were out of stock but a delivery was expected. After a a few more weeks and no communication from Want Sunglasses I decided to cancel the order and received confirmation of the cancellation in August with a pledge that the money would be refunded. It's now the end of November and believe me I've e-mailed again and again - NOTHING ! Credit card company now on the case on my behalf. I ordered a pair os Oakley sunglasses that were advertised as in stock and at a competitive price. The £92.00 was taken from my credit card straightaway. After a couple of weeks I was told there was a delay in supplying them as they needed to be sent from Italy. I was told they would be sent within the 28 days from the date of ordering. After another three weeks I was told they were not available and I would be refunded the money. After another month nothing so I sent them numerous e-mails but they were ignored apart from an automated reply. I had to contact Barclaycard and the got my money returned after filling in forms and printing off all the e-mails.Eventually after 10 weeks Barclaycard got my money refunded.Not a good company to do business with at all. Ordered a pair of glasses over 2 month ago. They promised next day delivery, than 28 days. Countless emails I sent them asking for an update, 2 weeks ago they let me know that they discountined the glasses I ordered. I am still waiting for a refund on my card. Never ever will I order from them again and will make sure I warn everyone I can to avoid the company. Horrible customer service and I am pretty sure it must be against the law as well what is going on. They have had my money for 2 month, never received the item neither a refund and worst of it, I was not even told on the way what was happening only after countless emails I sent them.Worst experience I have come across so far.
