I ordered three pairs of sunglasses in June 2010. Straight away (and you'll see a trend in all the reviews), they sent me an email saying that they're out of stock and the glasses are being shipped from Italy. When I contacted them about 3 weeks later, they said the order was cancelled due to suspected fraud. Key point - it was a direct debit payment so they had my money AND the "sunglasses". From there on I had absolutely NO response from them. Phoning the company number, it's answered by a machine and if selecting an option, you get cut off. I even sent a snail mail letter, but the address is in the middle of nowhere - check it out with Google Streetview! I had to report the crime on the web and fill out some forms for HSBC, and I eventually did get my money back from HSBC.
So, absolutely do not use this company, I can't believe that after a year the website is still on the internet without police or anyone getting rid of it... And they keep updating it! (Fraud is a profitable business!)
