I generally like the site, however they have more techincal problems than they should have. In addition, when I have had the auto renewal option turned on they billed me twice in the same month two months in a row. After leaving several voice mails (you can't actually talk to anyone) they sent me an email saying that they didn't receive the duplicate payments from Amex (which they did) that they would give me a extra months credit(which they never did). Webcamnow is my favourite site I enjoy and participate in the chat with other viewers. To my horror, the site is not uploading since a few days. Whatever happened, I am wondering. Whoever sets it right, I will be highly obliged.

I have been a longtime user of Webcamnow and was delighted when they presented the new Beta version. Sadly, for the last two weeks (I'm writing on January 10), the servers which Webcamnow uses have been down more often than they have been working. This morning I have spent two full hours attempting to link up to Webcamnow, and without any results -- it just keeps reconnecting again and again and again and again and again and again. It seems that this is yet another case in the wonderful world of the Internet in which a company has followed Microsoft's rule: Release a new product first and then see whether it works or not.
