Advantages: Nice site when it works

Disadvantages: Billling issues and down time

I generally like the site, however they have more techincal problems than they should have. In addition, when I have had the auto renewal option turned on they billed me twice in the same month two months in a row. After leaving several voice mails (you can't actually talk to anyone) they sent me an email saying that they didn't receive the duplicate payments from Amex (which they did) that they would give me a extra months credit(which they never did). I got feed up and turned off the auto renewal funtion, however once again they charged my credit card (without permission) and failed to activate the premium funtion on the site. I have exchanged emails with them, however three weeks later nothing has been resolved so today I turn the matter over to the credit card company. I think they must think that the amount is so small that you will just forget about it. After three different issues in billing that's enough. BE CAREFUL!

Summary: I like the site, too bad thay have issues.
