THIS SITE IS BEING WOUND UP ON THE 30TH AUGUST. CONVERT YOUR WEBREWARDS NOW. Webrewards has been acquired by ipoints.co.uk (which is a great site by the way) It will be wound up today (31st July 2001) so you have to either cash in your webrewards or convert them to ipoints. I guess this is just another example of the .com crisis which ... Read the complete review

Having been on the webrewards programme for such a little time, one would expect to have earned very few points redeemable for nothing more than peanuts. However, earning opportunities were provided so thick and fast that I have been able to accumulate enough points for a Microsoft cordless mouse or an original game of Monopoly, amongst other ... I joined webrewards a while ago and at first I was very happy to earn100 webrewards for filling in a questionaire but soon I was to find out just how hard it was to get hold of more. I have been playing the revelation game while biting my lip with anger at the pointless hastle of searching for the hidden item from the reward page, I would rather ... Read the complete review

I have just recieved a mail informing me that as of the end of this month that web rewards the free earnings site would no longer be operating. The mail stated that they were merging ( taken over by ) with Ipoints, with the swap rate of three web rewards for one Ipoint. This news follows on from surfmiles closing and transfering any balance you ... Read the complete review

I have joined so many reward schemes on the internet that I have lost count of them. I recently recieved an email from webrewards that told me that it is ending on the 31st of july but on the plus side I can exchange my webreward points for I points another online reward scheme that I am a member of. I get 1 I point for every ... Read the complete review

Couple of days ago, I received news that Webrewards have merged with ipoints to create even a larger loyalty company. From these two companies you will only be able to collect ipoints. However you can turn you webrewards into ipoints, such that 3 wr = 1 ipoints. To convert to ipoints do as follows: Log into webrewards account, click onto ... Read the complete review

***You now have an extended window to convert WebRewards to ipoints - the last date is now posted on the WebRewards site as being the 31st of August*** So Webrewards.co.uk is to close !! Is this the sad demise of another 'freebie' site for those who surf the net in search of 'goodies' or is an opportunity to get something ... Read the complete review

Webrewards is like ipoints, beenz and whatever other rewards programmes may be out there. It has been going for quite a while now but I have only joined recently and haven’t been all that impressed by it really. Maybe if I had joined up a bit earlier I would have found it better, but I didn’t so there we go! It is actually shutting ... Read the complete review

This is a short opinion whose sole purpose is to alert members that Webrewards are joined with ipoints as of now. This means that soon you will no longer be available to spend webrewards after 31 July 2001 but they can be converted into ipoints (3 Webrewards to 1 ipoint). You apparently can continue earning webrewards until 31 July 2001 ... Read the complete review

I like web rewards. In my opinion there are three ways to make money from loyalty schemes. The first method is to find an activity you enjoy (such as being a member of an online community such as dooyoo) this ensures that your 'work' is done regularly because you have to put a lot of hours into any online activity to make it work. ... Webrewards works the same way as Ipoints and other loyalty schemes by giving you rewards for visiting various web sites each day, as loyalty points when making a purchase, by registering on various linked sites. Like other schemes of its type, this is a slow albeit free way of collecting money ( if you were a scrooge and didn’t buy ... Read the complete review

This is yet another site I came across mainly through dooyoo, I decided to sign up and it became a site I now try to visit at least a few times a week. The company itself appears to be a UK version of the better known (around the rest of Europe at least) webmiles, unable to use this name in the UK however they changed to webrewards. ... I visit webrewards on a daily basis and have managed to get a couple of novelty items - keyring and finger bmx bike - I've just ordered a year's subscription to FHM which has taken three months to accumulate the webrewards. It is relatively easy to earn small amount of rewards but to get the bigger amounts you do need to purchase ... Read the complete review

UPDATE: WebRewards has now merged with Ipoints, but I dont think much of their new website. Anyway for historical purposes here was my review of WebRewards: WebRewards is like a loyalty card that you use on the Internet, except you dont even have to buy anything to benefit from it! You can earn WebRewards for doing several free ... Read the complete review

Web rewards I first saw this site recommended on this site. I thought I would have a look at it, as I’m a sucker for all these rewards things. But I have on thought for these schemes, one day I’ll get my moneys worth. My advice is to have a separate favourites folder for these schemes. I even have a folder for the one, which ... What an excellent site. I have already had a Maddonna Music Cd worth £15 and a box of yummy thorntons chocolates. You collect rewards on this site by signing up. You get rewards for signing up and then there is a number of sites that you can sign up to. Sports.com are paying 20 rewards for signing up and every monday you can play the wild card ... This is yet another internet rewards program which I have joined, and I have got to admit, it is the worst one I have used. I am finding it very hard to collect Webrewards, nevermind earning enough to buy anything. It takes a long time to earn a substantial amount of Webrewards, and you cannot really get a healthy start, unlike you ... Read the complete review

First off, this rewards scheme is highly motivated towards people who will spend money on the net. or at the very least, sign up and register at various sites. If you want something for nothing, go elsewhere. That said, I think webrewards is a great scheme. First up, it's UK based. No trying to to get dollars. Secondly the ... Read the complete review

I first joined www.webrewards.co.uk when I got a few of their web miles when I ordered a phone from Carphone Warehouse. I've since gathered about 2000 web miles. I picked up most of these from offers on their WWW site. For instance, you can get 500 if you set up an account with Self-trade. You don't have to do anything with ... Read the complete review
