Advantages: pfft
Disadvantages: Lies, misleading, scam, fake jobs, comission
They post lots of jobs which are door to door, 100% comission & overly long hours. Disguised as marketing, surveying and even customer service posts!! BEWARE!!! People recently got annoyed with poundland and tesco helping people gain experience who are on job seekers but dont seem to mind at these little scams and the companies helping to promote them e.g. WORKTHING.COM!!! Companies like this should be clamping down especially after all the exposure on panorama!! I will never be using this site again it is a joke and the staff are very rude!
I think generally if you read below that sums up Workthing.com perfectly, by the looks of it they get there staff to right glowing reviews or hack somebody elses account which seems to have happened below.
At the end of the day, I have not had a great experience with workthing, if I was you save your time, give up applying to be a escort, salesman, etc. Try and find a decent job with a decent company and search for that with somebody like reed.co.uk. At least on that occasion you will not waste a day on a full interview which lasts a whole day just because the company advertising or the company allowing to advertise wishes to sugar coat the reality of the site with flashy gimmicks on the front page saying phrases like account manager positions available.
Summary: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
