===INTRODUCTION===

Wrestlers Rescue.org is a charity created and ran by former professional wrestling valet Dawn Marie that is dedicated to raising awareness and aiding medical support of retired professional wrestlers. The mission statement of the group includes helping active professional wrestlers to plan their futures including retirement plans and pensions as well as setting up a health care plan for wrestlers to be able to support themselves and their families, as well as aiding already-retired wrestlers who are in need of medical support before the charity began.

===USER FRIENDLY, NO FLASH===

Upon visiting the website, the visitor will be greeted by a user-friendly background and layout, nothing fancy and full of flash, it is suitable for all levels of skill and all computers. The main page will see "The Latest" which is all the latest news on the website, the charity and the current events undergoing. To the right hand side, the visitor will see all of the necessary information on the campaigns such as booking information, upcoming events and more.

===NAVIGATION===

From the top of the screen, the visitor will see a navigation bar where they can navigate through different areas of the site including "News", which displays all the latest news and information, "Mission" which takes the visitor to the mission statement of the charity, "Interviews" which displays exclusive interviews with staff and friends, "bookings" which allows promoters to book some top-name wrestling talent and many more.

===GREAT CAUSE, LONG NEEDED===

The site is arguably one of the greatest things to ever happen to professional wrestling. If the last twenty years have been anything to go by, some of the most famous professional wrestlers of the 80's and the 90's are suffering today due to the fact that such a charity and planning scheme was not established when the era of drugs, steroids and the constant party lifestyle were at its high. These wrestlers are also forced to continue their careers today simply to survive.

===SUPPORTING THE WRESTLING WORLD, DR DEATH STEVE WILLIAMS' BATTLE WITH CANCER===

Anyone is allowed to visit the site and everyone is encouraged to support the charity in its endeavors by donating, promoting or other means of contribution. One of the current top priority campaigns of the charity is the "Dr. Death Campaign" which is attempting to raise 20,000 dollars in order to purchase a hands-free speaking device for Dr. Death Steve Williams who had his voice box removed due to throat cancer; he current has to use his hand in order to speak. He was also recently re-diagnosed with cancer, which puts more emphasis on raising money for the Dr. Death campaign.

===SUMMARY===

Overall, the website is a true benefit to the sport of professional wrestling for the current generation and the generations gone by. It makes you wonder why such a charity was not set up before, but thanks to the efforts of one of wrestling's most beautiful women, Dawn Marie, such an effort is being made to improve the lives of retired wrestlers and the future generations alike. All wrestling fans, past and present should check out wrestlers rescue.org to see what it is all about.
