Advantages: Powerful Search Engine, Selection of areas on site
Disadvantages: Sometimes crashes in chat
Yahoo is far 1 of the best ISP there is. There is even 2 versions of it. American 1 being Yahoo.com and the UK version Yahoo.co.uk
The site offers a selection of things. With chat being 1 of the main. In chat there is a choice of age groups or just groups where any age go into. Also country selection, Area selection, Hobbies and even make your own room. Which can be good if you just want a private conversation with some one. If you are being pestered by some one, you can just click ignore on their user name and wont be bothered again by them.
Search engine on Yahoo is very helpful. As you will be giving thousands of sites didicated to your search. Or to shorten your choice of sites, you can select a power search where you specife the kinda things you wanna get.
The games area is very good too. As i have been goin going into it latley and playing pool. You can even play against players all over the world if you wish to do so. Other games include card games, hangman and scrabble.
Other areas on the site include auctions, weather, maps and horoscopes. All excellent too.

- 28/02/02 There is, or at least was a Yahoo ISP. Regardless of whether there is or not, this review told me nothing about it. Instead it just talked about the site (with a slight lack of detail) hence the SU. If you add anything to this opinion at a later date, let me know and I will reread and potentially rerate. |
