Before joining yahoo mail I was advised to get a hotmail account. If you know me, which you probably don’t and never will, you will know that I am the type of person who does exactly the opposite that everyone suggests. I like to be different you see. I've been using Yahoo.com mail for about 4 years and have to say I think it really is easy to use. Also it demonstrates that functionality and straight-forwardness rules over complicated design. Personally I have never seen such a horrid screen for loggin in. But, I can see where I need to put in my information ... Read the complete review

Everyone know's and uses Yahoo to search or shop, etc. Yahoo email is another feature of this popular web portal. If you are anything like me, you'll have different email addresses for different things, one for friends, one for work, one for mailing lists, etc. If that is the case, you probably use MS Outlook to manage ... Yahoo was the first proper free Internet email service that I ever joined. With so many users of Yahoo as a search engine, I think that this is probably one of the most widely used email services in the UK (and possibly the World - not sure on that though so don't take my word for it). It is laid in the same sort of style ... Read the complete review

I've been using Yahoomail for about two years as my main email address and I am not disappointed. I originally signed up with AOL, but my cousin recommended me to Yahoo as if I got rid of AOL, (Which I have now-I have BT Internet) my email address would be inactive. So I signed up with Yahoo and found it very easy to use. ... Read the complete review

Yahoo is brilliant, quick to access, easy to understand and loads of options, well worth opening an account. I've been with Yahoo for three years now and whilst I use several e-mail accounts my yahoo account is the one I use for my serious mail due to the fact it's so accessible all the time. One of the good thing about Yahoo mail is that I never well very rarely receive junk mail. So checking my mail is a doodle. When I log on, it often tells me how many unread messages I have so if I have new messages then I just open and read them. The reason I chose Yahoo mail is because my husband had a Yahoo e-mail address ... Read the complete review

Having a free account with both hotmail and Yahoo that I regularly access, I find it easy to make comparisons between the two, as I sue them both so frequently. Yahoo is similar in terms of webmail service to Hotmail. They both offer free email accessible over the WWW. They both let you keep the same address for ever if you want. The only real difference between Hotmail and Yahoo is the amount of Spam you`ll get and the way the screen display is laid out. Yahoo seems to get a lot less spam ... Read the complete review

Yahoo is a good e-mail service in that it is free and that it allows you to hold up to six megabytes worth of data. The server is rarely down and the speed of receiving mails is generally excellent.
