This has GOT to be the best website EVER for all those brides to be!! When I was planning my wedding this was the only website that I relied it - it is THE bible of all wedding planners.

Premise:
The website is the online arm of the ever popular wedding magazine, aimed at all those that are in the throes of wedding planning. The website, unlike its magazine counterpart, provides a comprehensive catalogue of everything from wedding supplier's contact details, an online budget planner and step by steps walking you through all the dos and don'ts, what you need and don't need, and providing emotional support throughout this difficult period through it's online chat forums.

Personal Review and Experience:
Personally, I only used the suppliers contact details sections and the ideas section at the beginning of the planning. Once I got my head round things, I didn't need to refer to those parts of the website anymore. In addition, I had used the online budget planner as a template for my own personalised budget planner. The biggest benefit of this website is its online chat rooms.

In these chat rooms, brides to be would talk about their daily stresses, providing each other with emotional support and giving practical advice (and some going as far as helping the individual brides in person). It truly is a great resource to gain quick results at no additional cost. In turn, as a bride to be, you feel everyone is in the same boat and that you can lean on them, knowing that they know exactly how you feel.

Quirks:
In order to "chat" in the chatrooms you will need to register for free onto the youandyourweddings website. You will need to enter details of your wedding, most importantly the date of the wedding. Once registered and signed in, a countdown calendar appears on the left hand side of the screen. I can honestly say that that countdown calendar is one of the most exciting little gadgets on this website. I find it extremely clever, yet simple, as a method of getting a girl excited about her forthcoming wedding.

Overall:
I found the support on the website absolutely indispensable. You can bounce around ideas with fellow brides or simply use it to do all your wedding research!
