You Tube is simply a massive website these days! 'Broadcast Yourself' is there tag line. And that's what this site is all about. You can share your videos with anyone in the world. Or if your not into showing the world what your upto, you can see what the rest of the world is doing. There are millions of videos to browse through and you can easily loose half your day on the website!

The basic format is quite simple. The homepage has all the most popular vidoes that are currently being watched. There is also a search facility that will help you find something if you know what your after. Or there are multiple catagories to browse through, from sporting action, to music, to just all round funny stuff.

The videos's tend to be quite short ones, usually a few minutes in lenth. Some people post hundreds of videos to be watched whilst other user are quite happy just to watch. There really is something for everyone on here.

I often use the site for music. To check out the latest bands, to hear some classics and to generally see what's going on. It's also great for comedy, and alot of the things I look at are comedy and music together. A few of my favorties (type these into the search engine) are the 'ebay song' and my current favorite 'starwars accapela'. This features a very funny spoof starwars song, with no instruments, just singing, very clever.

Another good thing about You Tube is that they don't allow any adult content. So you know it's safe to browse around for kids. Your not gonna get any nasty surprises when you type something seemingly innocent into the search engine.

All round this is a great website. It can give you hours of fun, and has made loads of people into minor celebrites down the years. If you have a few hours to spare I would really recommend giving it a look!
