I have been using youtube for years now and i love it. Its probally one of the most used video sites in the world and one of the biggest websites. When ever someone wants to find a video they go on youtube because probally everyone knows what it is. As you may know it is now owned by google which is good but google use it to advertise a lot.

Youtube isn't just about videos because you can make an account on it and subscribe to channels to get their latest videos early, rate videos, comment on videos and favourite videos. Every video on youtube has been uploaded by somebody and youtube accepts loads of video formats. Youtube is growing fast with billions of videos but there are also a lot of trick videos such as getting rickrolled when rick asleys video of 'never gonna let you down' comes up on the screen when you want to find a good video. If your youtube account happens to become famous by making your youtube videos have A lot of views you get paid and your videos have advertisements on the side.

Recently a lot of videos that have copywrited material like songs in videos have been taken of youtube by companies like the WMG (warner music group) if im not mistaken and rumours about companies like viacom and hula tube have been trying to take youtube over. Also things like viruses or something have been making millions of random youtube accounts and leaving comments on random videos advertising adult websites which really bug me. I was waiting for youtube to do something about this when they did by making you only have one youtube account per email address. Since then the number of advertisements have gone down. (the old advertisements had random lettters and numbers in the username). But these ones have names then random numbers but luckily theres not that many anymore.
