Youtube is a video sharing site which was created in 2005 by some paypal employees. Youtube is owned by Google and is used by people all over the world.

Youtube is a great way to share your videos with the world, whether you are a very good singer and wants to share your videos of you singing to the world to get your self more noticed or have recorded something funny and want everyone to see.

Youtube has become very handy to me because if i want to listen to a certain song then I just type it in and it will come up then after you have finished listening you can search for another song. Sometime you may find a song you want to listen to but won't let you due to copy right but there will be other videos on there with the same song so this doesnt effect you. Youtube has made things so much easier because you dont have to pay to download songs you want to listen to and you dont have to wait for them to download.

Not only are there music vidoes, theres homemade videos of funny things which people do. Ive spent many hours looking at funny videos and laughing my head off. There are also movie and game trailers.

You dont have to be a memember to watch vidoes but you have to sign up if you want to upload a video. If you want to upload a video then there is a maximum amount of time your video can be which the last time I checked was 10 minuets but you can sign up for this other account type which allows you to upload videos which are longer.

If you are upload a video which you think is inappropiate for people under the age of 18 then you can make it so if people want to watch the video they must log into their account because when you sign up you have to state your age but this doesnt make the site completely safe of the younger audience watching these videos because usually you can find the exact same videos uploaded by a different user without the over 18 restriction.

In conclusion Youtube is the best way to share your videos and a great way to find funny vidoes.
