I have owed this iron for a number of years and overall it has been reasonable. It is well made, but let down by the thermostat dial being far too lose and easily knocked to the wrong setting. Another downside is the lack of cable storage - so frequently gets in a tangle. The good points include heating up very quickly, its light weight and ergonomic shape. It requires very little maintaince, with only the steel base requiring an ocassional clean with fine wire wool (or similar). The build quality is good and the dials are very clearly labelled.
