“ 1800 Watts, Corded Iron, With Adjustable Steam, with Vertical Steaming. „
I originally bought this iron because it was relatively cheap, as we had just moved into our first place together and money was a little tight. I think you can purchase it for around £20 or less.
It looks great, very stylish and a "fun" colour. It is light and relatively easy to use, as it moves well on the board. The steam function is easy to refill, as it comes with a small bottle specifically for this purpose, and we've had no problems with that. The controls on the iron are really easy to use.
It isn't brilliant at actually doing what it was built for though, i.e. getting creases out of clothes. I had to iron the same pair of trousers four times the other night because I could not get the creases out. I think its one of those irons that has to be up to maximum heat before it will start to work, and even then it has to rest between cloth items.
I'm not sure that I would recommend this iron, as it is quite hard work! I wish that I had invested in a slightly more expensive iron that did the job a bit better.
