This is one chore in most households that most women and some men just hate doing.I used to hate it and would let it build up, which is a big mistake because the worse it becomes, as you say I’ll do it tomorrow and never do. I made a new years resolution about two years ago to do my ironing after every wash load, and believe me it really helps. I now enjoy it and don’t get stressed out anymore. You should try it. Anyway, about four months ago my old iron packed up and so I had to look for a new one. I wanted to find one that had good features and at a good price. I decided to stay with Philips as they are a good brand and my old one had lasted for some years. I purchased it in my local Index store, which cost me £39.99, which was nearly the top of the range. The iron is white in colour and the top is light blue which is see through,so that you can see the water level. It is very light-weight,compared to my old one. There is a dial on the top for fabric settings and two buttons on the top and a temperature indicator light. The water tank holds 240 ml and the cord length is 2.5 metres. The ironing surface has a special new vent pattern with 2 separate steam zones, which allows the heat and steam to get distributed evenly. One of the buttons on the top gives you a shot of steam boost, which makes ironing easier. It also has a vertical steam, which is brilliant for really creased articles. There are actually five steam settings to choose from depending on the garment. It also has an anti-scale system that stops the build up of lime scale, which aids the steam output and prolongs the life of the iron. Another feature is that it has a drip stop system, so that you never get a big drop of water falling out from it, while ironing. The best thing of all is that it is self-cleaning, which saves a lot of time. I don’t think that I have left anything out and now to tell you what I think of this product. It really is lovely
to use, because it is so light, it glides over the clothes brilliantly. You do not need to put any pressure on it at all. It works wonderfully on everything and the creases vanish so quickly, no going over and over to get stubborn ones out. It defiantly makes the job easy and gets in done quickly and effortlessly. I would certainly recommend the (Elance plus) to everybody. Thanks for reading Cinystar.
