Philips GC-4340

I purchased this iron after dropping my old tefal one. I had searched the internet and read lots of reviews as I wanted something good for a reasonable price. When I purchased this iron it had just received the 'which' best buy and so this encouraged me I had made the right choice. I am however quite a sucker for something pretty and I loved that this iron looked really good. The feature I like best is the auto shut off if I lave it unattended for too long, this is ideal if like me you have children in the house. The Philips GC 4340 is a precise steam iron which has a special tip so ironing is made easier for those hard to reach places on some garments. I have used the iron a few times and can say that its quite easy to use compared to the iron we had before this one. I'm comparing it on the basis that the iron we had before had a load of different setting for ironing which I found very confusing. The GC 4340 is a solid iron, black and grey in colour. Not sure if it comes in a range of colours but I've only seen this colour. The grip it has is comfortable and isn't too heavy. I think it's a good design for a iron and has a sole ceramic plate so isn't sticky at all, ...
