One Of My Favourite Belly Bars

Ive been waiting ages for my product suggestions to come through lately so its been a while since I did a jewellery review. However now some have been accepted expect quite a few over the next few days! As I mentioned in my last belly bar review I have had it pierced for around 6 years so I have bought a lot of belly bars over that period of time so I like to think I know what makes one good but dont worry I wont be reviewing them all! I got this belly bar around a year ago when I bought it from one of my points for prizes sites I did have one back when I first had the piercing and I was gutted when it broke so I was so happy when I found this one.

http://extreme-body-jewellery.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=bellybar_SJB89 - That is an image of the bar should anyone be wanting to see/considering buying it.

      Useful Information:
      Price: Around 9.00
      Stockists: Cazzoo's website & extreme-body-jewellery.co.uk
Other Information: Made from surgical steel with a silver bar, The bar is 1.6mm and the lizard 10mm & this is also available in 3 different coloured gems: aqua, pink and crystal. I personally own the Aqua Lizard which is silver in colour and has little blue gems all over the body of the lizard.

I personally think this belly bar is so cute - some might say tacky but I say quirky and funky. The bar does seem to very short which is a problem Ive had in the past as it can make belly bars quite uncomfortable to wear but I think this one is just the right length for me - it has a bit of wiggle room and doesnt dig in or feel uncomfortable to me at all. Obviously as with any piercing it can be a little fiddly to get the bar in but I have that problem with any belly bar Ive ever used so it does take some getting used to with getting it in and when you chose to remove it.

The little lizard actually looks like what it is supposed to just like a little newt. I dont think Id like it as much if it didnt have the little gems because they definitely add to the appeal for me and I think it would look more tacky if it didnt have them. They seem to be very good quality and none of them have fallen off or look tarnished at all on mine and Ive been wearing it on and off for at least a year so it is very good quality.

I think a nice added extra for this is the little tail that wiggles. Some people will see this as a bad thing because occasionally it does get caught on your trousers so be very careful of that but it simply moves from side to side and I really love it as its different and really funky.

I love this belly bar as it is different and has a very different style but is still practical and easy to wear. Its one of my favourites and I do own quite a few so its strange to hear me speaking so highly of just one. I highly recommend this because I dont really have anything bad to say about it!
