As you can see from the picture the necklace features a red apple, inspired by the red apple in Snow White. I'm not usually a fan of gold jewellery but I think the gold and ruby red go really well together here. The apple charm is 14mm across. A couple of years ago, I saw a photo of American TV star Nicole Richie wearing a little red apple necklace in one of the gossip mags, and instantly fell in love with it. I have a habit of ripping out pictures from magazines when I like them, and my then-boyfriend must have seen it because he surprised me with it for my Christmas present.
