      Very helpful

      I returned it.

I got a Links of London Sweetie bracelet for Christmas having taken a shine to them after reading about them on dooyoo.

The unique thing about these bracelets are that they are completely individualised via the charms you place on them. The bracelets come in diferent forms, silver, gold, vermeil and so on and you can get all sorts of charms to match. There are about 200 I think for the silver one.

Unfortunately, the charms don't come cheap, average is £35 upwards depending on the metal and the complexity of the charm and so on. As it was just after Christmas, they were having a January Sale, I picked out two, this, and an ice cream charm. The Heart with Wings charm, as the name suggests, is a little heart with a wing either side, a bit as you sometimes see on a tatoo.

I had wanted the standard heart charm but that was never going to be in the Sale and this was reduced from £45 to £22.50 and given it was a little bit different, I thought I may as well get it before it got sold out.

The presentation of the charm was very good, coming in a box with a gift bag, catalogue and then the item boxed itself.

But when I opened said box I thought that perhaps they had forgotten to put the charm inside until I moved the ribbon. I was not too pleased. The item, though nice was absolutely tiny, singificantly smaller than the other charm I had recieved. It was about, give or take, the size of my fingernail, you would barely be able to see what it was without looking quite closely.

I did think it was my own fault perhaps for not reading the measurements but when I checked the listing all it said was N/A so I coudn't have known.

I did return this in the end and have suggested that they show the charm on the bracelet to illustrate its actual size.

If you like your charms almost invisible, this one's for you...
