I got my little Father Christmas Charm as a gift this year from my aunty, she also has a Pandora bracelet and loves buying charms as much as I do. When I received this charm, I really loved it, it was the perfect Christmas present. However now as Valintines Day has passed and Easter is nearing, I am beginning to wonder if a different, less seasonal charm would have been better to receive, don't get me wrong, I love the charm, but I have taken it off my bracelet and won't be attaching it again until at least mid-November time.
The charm itself is really cute, it is a little Santa Claus character who looks rather jolly and is very festive looking. It is sterling silver and fits perfectly onto the Pandora Bracelet. It is an official Pandora Charm, which to me is important, as I don't like putting other brands onto my Pandora (though again other peoples opinion may differ).
This charm is pure silver and has no extra stones or gems in it, so there isn't much colour on it, though it is still quite eye catching due to the detail on it.
This charm costs around £25, which is quite expensive if like me, you wouldn't wear it all year round on your Pandora Bracelet. However there are much more expensive charms and it is still a very pretty charm and a lovely gift to give to someone around Christmas.
Overall I think that this is a lovely charm, it is however a shame that it is so festive as it makes it unsuitable for me to wear during the rest of the year (however other people may differ in opinion). I am really glad that I received this charm as a present, though I think that if I was buying a charm for £25, I would have bought a different charm that is pretty and can be worn all year round.

I recieved this little Pandora Santa Claus charm as a Christmas gift this year.
The Santa Claus charm retails for £25.00. The pandora model number of the Santa Claus charm is 790852.
This cute little Santa Claus charm is an ideal Christmas gift for someone, or even just to treat yourself at Christmas time.
I have three Christmas themed charms on my Pandora bracelet now, one for each year that I've had the bracelet. That's one of the many appeals of the Pandora charms, they do so many charms for so many different occasions.
The little Santa Claus is really very cute, and lots of detail has gone into making this little charm.
He is wearing his Santa suit, complete with fur trimmed coat and black belt and buckle, his furred trimmed hat with its bobble, and his black hobnail boots. He has a jolly little smiley face, complete with big bushy
white beard. He is even carrying his big sack of presents over one shoulder. A typical Santa Claus.
As with all Pandora charms he is stamped with 925 (for sterling silver) and ALE (for pandora).
The only negative that I have with this little charm, is that it's not immediately obvious what it is. You definately have to take a closer look at him to tell that he is a little Santa Claus. I specifically wanted the Santa Claus charm, but I actually missed it when browsing the trays of charms in the Pandora shop because it isn't immediately obvious what it is.
Overall though I am happy with the little Santa Claus charm, and he does look very cute (once you know what he is!)
For Christmas I was very spoilt by my little sister who not only bought me tickets to go and see Matt Cardle in March but who also bought my a Pandora lobster clasp bracelet too. What my mum and sister then did was to allow my son to choose a charm for the bracelet which would be his Christmas gift to me which I thought was a really lovely idea. My son chose the Father Christmas charm and this is my review of it.
The charm came presented in a small hinged Pandora gift box which I think immediately excited me as it looks so expensive and I was keen to see what was inside. Inside the box the charm was tied on to some ribbon to hold it in place and I think this is a lovely way to present a charm before it goes on to the bracelet.
The actual charm is sterling silver and hallmarked on the underside. I have to say I was quite amazed by the level of detail on this charm as it is obviously quite a small piece as it goes on a charm bracelet! On the charm though you can clearly see Father Christmas's face with chubby cheeks, he has a hat with a bottle, a belt with a buckle and even some perfectly formed boots! The bulk of the detail is on the front of the charm but when you turn it over you can clearly see his sack of toys and the outline of his belt as well.
I think this is a very cute little charm which is full of detail but not too chunky that it looks silly. As a gift for Christmas I think that it is perfect because I know I'll always remember that it was a gift from my son. I don't think the charm looks childish either as you might expect it to and I think it looks really lovely on my bracelet. It is nice and shiny and just looks charming for want of a better word!
As with all Pandora charms the charm has a hole in the middle for twisting it on to your bracelet and I found it went on easily to mine and that it moves around nicely on there at the moment as I only have a couple of charms so far.
Should you be interested in purchasing this charm I can advise that it costs £25.00 and that mine was purchased from beadazzle which is an official online stockist for Pandora and is a place where both my sister and I received a first class service. You can of course find the charm in Pandora stores should you prefer.
Thank you for reading my review!
