I received my first 'Pandora' charm bracelet from my beautiful boyfriend for my 23rd birthday. And I absolutely love it and wear it on a daily basis.
When I was choosing my bracelet went went for the red leather pleated band as opposed to the sliver bracelet that most people go for, I thought I'd get more wear out of the red leather for me it is much more customizable for daily wear than the sliver bracelet. Now onto the charms, so far I own five of them: a cute cow (I'm obsessed with cows), a frog, a letter J which is my boyfriends initial, a purple and sliver ball and finally a cute little turtle. Currently all of the charms on my bracelet are sliver expect for the purple ball which is enamel and sliver.
I am looking forward to getting the sliver 'present charm' for this Christmas which will make a fantastically festive addition to my 'Pandora' however it could also be given as a birthday present. Although I do not own it yet I have been to look at it in my local 'Pandora' store and it is beautiful, it is priced at £30.00 on the official 'Pandora' website and in-store the underside of the present is also marked S925 ALE code as an indication that it is real sliver and a genuine 'Pandora' charm. The detailing on this piece is beautiful, detailed, delicate and intricate.
This charm will make a fine addition to any 'Pandora' bracelet and I can't wait to get mine.
Nearly 2 years ago I was given a Pandora silver bracelet after much hinting of wanting one. I couldn't wait to get started on collecting charms straight away. Some were given to me as gifts and others I bought for myself, this one in fact being one of those.
All Pandora charms are presented in a secure, small box and gift wrapped if requested.
This charm especially is very detailed for it just representing a gift and for the size of charm. The bow is very life like and would make a great gift for someone or for a treat for yourself. All Pandora charms screw onto the bracelet so there is no worry of them falling off or anything and isn't too big when wearing it on the bracelet. Isn't bulky and doesn't get in the way. In my opinion Pandora always come up with great, unique charms, each one being able to tell the wearer a story and this one is no exception. As I've said a cute gift for a gift or just something for yourself to make you smile. Reasonably priced as well.
I was lucky enough to received a Pandora bracelet for my 21st birthday and this was one of the charms that was bought for me to go with it.
It's around 8mm cubed with a hole running through the middle to attach to your Pandora bracelet, it is one of the charms that has a slight screw effect running through it so you can move it securely across the sections of the bracelet.
There's such lovely detail on this charm with the ribbon running around the present, I think that's what I love most about Pandora charms, the sheer amount of detail they go into.
Mine was bought from a Pandora shop meaning I have no worries that it's nothing but genuine, however to buyers out there do beware when buying online as there is so many fakes out there. This genuine charm has "925" on one side and "ALE" on the other - a real Pandora charm will ALWAYS have these on.
~~ Pandora Silver Present Charm ~~
I'm the proud owner of a Pandora Starter Bracelet and over the months I have enjoyed searching for charms to add to my beautiful collection. One that I had been admiring for some time was the Silver Present Charm, but I didn't really want to pay out the asking price of £30. However, I was extremely fortunate as I saw the charm brand new on ebay, which was combined with another genuine Pandora charm, so I couldn't resist in placing a bid, particularly as if purchased in a store the two would have cost me £70. I was thrilled to be the winning bidder and it worked out that I paid around £12 for this charm, which was an absolute bargain.
The lightweight charm has been manufactured from sterling silver and measures approximately 8 mm cubed. It is extremely eye-catching as despite its small size it resembles a real life present where tiny lengths of silver have been crafted around the box to create the illusion of ribbon. The ribbons give the illusion that they have been tightly pulled to form a huge bow that rests on the top of the present. The bow has been beautifully created and is extremely sturdy and is firmly attached to the present. Each section of the present gives the appearance as if they are slightly padded, which for me adds to the overall charm.
There is a hole running directly through the centre that displays tiny threads to enable the charm to be easily twisted onto my bracelet. I was never a fan of the charm bracelets that were the rage years ago, as I don't like anything dangling from my wrist, so this is ideal, as it firmly fits onto the bracelet without anything flapping around. The authenticity markings for Pandora are clearly visible on the one side of the present where I am able to witness tiny etchings of "ALE" and "925". Whilst I regularly wear my bracelet my charm is not showing any signs or wear or tear and appears as good as new. Cleaning the charm is an effortless task where I use a specialist cloth presented to me by a Pandora high street store.
You can purchase this adorable little charm for £30, ref number 790300 from all Pandora stockists although I was extremely lucky to obtain mine from ebay. However, be warned that there are some fraudulent sellers out there, which I learned to my utter dismay as I have experienced an issue with counterfeit goods. As a consequence, I am now very selective of where I make my purchase and feel more comfortable using an authorised Pandora store. This is a cute little charm that receives 5 stars from me together with my recommendation.
I hope you found my review useful and thanks for reading.
