I am not one for eating my fruit and veg and as i am diabetic my wife thought it would be a good idea to buy me one to help me with healthy eating.

I do enjoy fruit juices and i reguarly buy fresh fruit juice or smoothies.

We bought this about a year ago and when we first got it i used it acouple of times a day every day and it was great. It helped me stop snacking as much and i actually felt physicly better.


What was best about it was all the differnt combinations of fruit we have tried and its amazing qhat goes together. We also bought frozen fruit to go in with fresh frui, this gives it a nice chill to it as well.

I have also always ahd a problem with eating fruit that was slightly bruised but i just cut off the bruised bits and feed them in.

Its very easy to operate and looks good as appliances go. The only down side is its a pain to wash and because of this i go through phases with it.

Some of the parts that need to be cleaned can go in the dishwasher but the really hard parts have to be hand washed.

There isnt to many parts to be assembled and its straight forward to put together and take apart. It is quite noisy but probably what you would exspect.

You can put any fruit in it it has settings for soft and hard fruit but the stones must be removed. Its quite heavy so not the easiest to put away but it looks good sitting on the worktop anyway.

We bought it from Littlewoods and i think it was just over £100.
